Comment session be included in the Whitelist and Blacklist

I would like to request that a comment session be included in the Whitelist and Blacklist 

it is often necessary to verify the reason for modifying the rules and a comment session would help in this regard, especially in situations where NextDNS is used as a WebFilter Control.
