Many serious sites are blocked

Hello everyone,

since I have activated nextdns in my Dreammachine, I have noticed that many pages that are not spam, ad etc. are not opened. Also paramount stream did not work. Here I had to adjust the whitelist. This is very annoying. I think nextdns is actually good, but unfortunately suboptimal under these circumstances.
It can't be that I have to add entries to the whitelist at least once a week :-(

Once per week seems reasonable.   Perhaps you’re too aggressive with block list.   These instructions may help you

There’s only one available within NextDNS.   Use that one.   Did you read the Yokoffing link above?   It’s what I use.   I also block all .TLDs except the major ones.   Occasionally I have to add exceptions to my allow list because their are plenty of legitimate sites on some of the lesser used TLDs.  You might not want the inconvenience of that, especially if you have other users.

if you want dns tracker filtering, and set and forget, just use hagezi light, and disable any other tracker lists, also enabled the affiliate allow option at the bottom.  thank me later.

I suggest disabling intelligence feeds on security as they they internalised and many historical posts reporting using low quality sources with false positives reported as well.

if you dont mind putting in some work, an alternative to hagezi is using adguard dns list, but manually add these exceptions to nextdns whitelist to fix known breakages.  dns filtering is a fine art.

more isnt necessarily better, I prefer a lower % blocked without internet breaking.

Hello and thank you very much.
I have to transfer all entries manually, correct. There is no import function for Allows?
