nextdns keeps getting me banned

the ECS on nextdns keeps getting me into various banlists as I notice cloudfare and others say I am "banned", changing dns back to any other fixes it though.

does turning off ecs privacy make it use my real ip addresses? because nextdns seems to be resolving to blocked ends.
