Billing Support?

Been with NextDNS since March and love the service. Have sent multiple emails for double charge with zero response. Can someone in Support please help? My bill is due August 2nd and I never received credit or refund for the double charge, thanks

    I ended up just having my credit card do a chargeback. There's nobody home at nextdns. They don't answer emails - or even calls from the credit card company!
