MacOS NextDNS with Private Relay works for a few minutes only to switch back to Private Relay DNS

As the title suggests, it works and then it doesn't. The filtering also doesn't work after a few minutes, I'm attaching a video. I experience this behavior both with the neatens apple profile and the Mac app. I would like to mention that it works fine on iOS with the same settings and Safari continues to use both private relay as the VPN and NextDNS as the DNS.

    I haven't been able to NextDNS to work with private relay on MacOS, but it seems to work fine on iOS/iPadOS

    I don't understand what you're doing in the video.

       the video is showing that nextdns works temporarily immediately after you enable it but then switches to private relay dns

    I agree, in the video it works strangely, because during my DNS leak test with iCloud Private Relay enabled, NextDNS doesn’t switch the way it does for the author of the video. I assume that the conflict is within the system itself, not with NextDNS.
