Make sure you have set NextDNS on the DHCP section and NOT in the WAN section.

Please remove from the internet section. Having NextDNS set within the DHCP is enough.

Hmm… That sounds like a different problem. Check the logs in NextDNS for any blocked domains at the time of testing connectivity.
Also what privacy blocklists do you have set in NextDNS?

Something is not right, I don’t think it has anything to do with what you have done.

It could be your ISP is blocking NextDNS connection.

      Try a ping to dns1.nextdns.io & to dns2.nextdns.io

Same thing here. It worked flawlessly for years and yesterday it just stopped working. The only thing I can think of is that my ISP is blocking NextDNS. What is your ISP? Mine is Odido.

I've been using nextdns for a few years now, both on my phone under PrivateDNS, and on my UDMP and UDM-SE.

As of a few days ago (maybe a week?) I started having a lot of intermittent issues, where the behavior would reflect an inability to resolve DNS. I've had to either disable private DNS on my phone, or `nextdns stop` on my UDM*.

    I see several entries of

    `Oct 02 10:22:24 UDM-SE-H nextdns[3407904]: Endpoint failed: https://dns.nextdns.io#216.230.232.29,188.172.251.1: roundtrip: context deadline exceeded`

And 110 instances of `doh resolve: context deadline exceeded` in the past 24h.

    `nextdns version 1.43.5`

    My ISP is Google Fiber.

This also happens on my phone without being on Wi-Fi, so the problem is on the nextdns end..

Weird, I am not bothered by this, but maybe because my ISP does not counteract this either.
internet modem is default and behind it 3 times TP-link X50-poe with in the internet settings the 45.90.28.0 & 45.90.30.0 and in the DHCP section the dns of the profile.
