NextDNS and Livebox

Hi, my fiber router Orange Livebox does not allow any DNS change  (Orange DNS are forced)- I would like to know all alternative I can use to overcome this problem - I want to avoid to tweak endpoints (DNS on laptop or browser), I also own a Synology NAS.

    My Comcast/Xfinity Gateway is the same way. You will most likely need to run an inside router that is on the approved list. this doesn't mean you will need to ditch the Livebox. Once you are running a secondary router its going to query the NextDNS servers directly which essentially bypasses your Orangebox
