My profile online keeps changing to other profile

HI,

For the last three times I have checked my profile online another profile that I don't use is selected, now I have it setup in my glinet MT-6000 flint 2. This means my DNS probably reverts back to the ISP? Now when I logged onto this website my password didn't work and I had to reset it. Have I been hacked and someone is changing my DNS profile to something else as to get my traffic? I don't know but my profile is changing. Does anyone encounter this before?
