Third party app name restrictions?

Hi,

I'm working on a third party NextDNS iOS app, I'm wondering if there are any naming restrictions for it like not using 'NextDNS' in the app name.

For other apps - like AdGuard Home - it's fine to use it in the app name, however they make sure that the app icon is clearly different than the company logo and that from the app description it's immediately clear that it's a third party app and not first party.

I'm wondering if NextDNS has any similar restrictions, I'm not sure where to ask this question.
