How to transfer subscription

Hello!

 

just installed nextdns on my iPhone and got the pro subscription. Now I want to use this subscription on my other devices as well. Also on the router which supplies my house. 
 

Now I don’t have a login as such for my iPhone subscription (wasn’t asked by iOS). How do I get my other devices and router to use the pro subscription as well?

    Swipe up to access settings, scroll down and create a password.

    I have managed to make an account. 
    How do I get our router to benefit from this? It is set up with the two ip adresses provided for the dns server.
