Feature Request: Add a search bar for "Block TLDs" list

In the Security tab, under the Block TLDs section, the list of top-level domains is quite long. Currently, there is no search filter, making it tedious to find and toggle specific TLDs by scrolling manually.

Please consider adding a search bar/filter input above the TLD list so users can quickly type and find specific extensions to block.
