Email Notification when Linked IP DNS Servers Change

Hello,

It would be great to have the option to get emailed when the two DNS servers when using the NextDNS Linked IP feature changes. I found out mine changed when devices kept dropping off my network and the blocking wasn’t working as I set it at the router DNS level.
