Option to Hide Router-Generated Queries (e.g., a.root-servers.net) from Logs

Hello,

I’m using NextDNS with a TP-Link modem, and the router constantly sends DNS requests to a.root-servers.net about every 30 seconds. These queries spam and flood my NextDNS logs, making it very difficult to see meaningful traffic from my actual devices.

Since this behavior is hardcoded in the router firmware and cannot be disabled, I’d like to request a feature in NextDNS that allows us to suppress or hide specific domains from logs. This would help keep the logs clean without affecting filtering or resolution for other domains.

Is it possible to add a per-domain log suppression option, or some way to exclude router-generated queries from appearing in the activity view?
