Active Directory SRV

Is there a way to have cutom SRV records as well as the A records?

We have a few laptops that connect to a windows domain via a vpn. NextDNS installed on the laptops will not return the proper SRV record for the domain controller ie:

_ldap._tcp._msdcs.<domainname>.local

Has anyone come across this before?
