Discord App Ignoring macOS Network Profile

I installed the NextDNS macOS network profile to use DoH for DNS requests.  I figured out how to get Google Chrome to use the profile, but Discord is still refusing to use it.  When I'm looking at my logs, it shows my WAN IP instead of the client name like other DNS requests from my computer.

Any thoughts how to fix this?
