Custom URLs in Parental Controls / Recreation Time

Custom URLs can be added to the blanket Deny List, but cannot be added to the Parent Controls, which doesn't allow for time-based control.  There are plenty of (rather addicting!) small social networking sites that aren't covered by the existing Parental Control lists and would be clutch to add directly.
