Allow disabling “Ultra-Low Latency Network” when connected to specific WiFi networks

The WiFi on the London tube, at least for Vodafone, blocks NextDNS when ultra low latency is enabled.

Instead of permanently disabling the feature, it would be nice if I could only do it when connected to that network, in a similar manner as I can do for the entire NextDNS.
