subnet of ipv4 addresses as linked ip

We have a (possibly strange) setup in which multiple computers all have there own dedicated IPv4 adres. Directly connected to the internet not on a NAT. 

Is it possible to have this entire subnet added to next DNS instead of the 1 ipv4 adres per profile?

Instead of 0.0.0.0 use something like 0.0.0.0/28

any insight would be really helpful.
