Unable to pint primary IP 45.90.28.0-254

Hello,

I am unable to ping the primary IP from my ISP. Can anyone tell me who should I call regarding this issue?

    It's possible your ISP/country is blocking DNS providers. The request never left your ISP, contacting them might help if it's just a misconfiguration, but if it's deliberate you'll need to setup your own DoH proxy (lookup for NotMikeDEV/doh, you can have your own proxy with one single file on any PHP hosting)
