Help: DNS queries are still being routed to Nextdns even after uninstalling

So I was playing around with the nextdns cli and I used auto-activate option while installing with instructions on github but then I deleted the cli.

To my surprise all of my dns queries are still being routed to Nextdns. I'm on windows. I've tried doing stuff like ipconfig/flushdns and I have tried reinstalling and uninstalling the Nextdns cli.
