How to completely uninstall the NextDNS app for macOS?

I would like to know how to delete the NextDNS stuff entirely? I have decided to use the configuration profile instead of the NextDNS native app for macOS.

    Been trying to figure this out for a year… finally found System Settings > Privacy & Security > Profiles (at bottom of screen, under 'Others' section header) > and then tap the '-' (minus) icon when the NextDNS profile is selected under User.  Then entered admin user password, and profile was fully removed.
