NextDNS and SRM 1.3.1

Hi all, I'm a new user of NextDNS. I own a Synology RT6600AX and installed NextDNS thru the DoH setting by entering the https://dns.nextdns.io/[username].

My question is: are there any benefits from installing NextDNS thru SSH to the router itself, or my current installation is fine?
