kickstarter app and website not working anymore

good evening, since a few days ago I had no issue with the kickstarter app or web site, nor from mobile and from local lan, all my traffic goes through your services, I already whitelisted *.kickstarter.com on the setup dashboard but it is not working, no way.

if I disable the service from at least from mobile it seems to be working.

what else can I do to solve this strange issue?
