Backup DNS?

Hope you guys are doing well but I do have one question. My current router in my home is a XR500 which has 3rd spot for a DNS and btw the DNS you see is from Adguard in the picutre but I'm probably going to change it soon anyways. My main question is what DNS should I put in the third spot? Is it worth makng another NextDNS configuration and setting the 3rd spot for the DNS? I feel like that would be a bad idea anyways if something were do happen to NextDNS.

    Using different DNS provider create leaks and doesn't provide control like with NextDNS.

    You don't need configure three server. Just follow the setup instructions on NextDNS account site
