iOS App Store accessible through 4G but not WiFi (ISP)

Hi, I got strange problem. I can not access the App Store through WiFi (from my ISP). I already delete / create new default configuration with no success. Also, tried to turn off everything in security/privacy/parental control/allowlist/denylist with no success. This is  it happened if access to other website or if using cellular.
