NextDNS CLI TTL and large number of requests

Hi,

I'm using the latest NextDNS CLI and have set that to return the 5s TTL to clients but have the 10MB cache as per the settings chosen with the installer. I'm averaging over 500,000 queries per month and that seems like a lot as I have around 20 devices on the network. Is this due to the 5S TTL I'm handing out to the clients with responses? I would expect the average number of requests to be lower as most will just come from the NextDNS CLI cache.

Thanks.
Andrew.

It doesn’t sound abnormal for 20 devices. You can try enabling cache boost in the settings to improve caching.
