Firewalla thinks nextdns is in Romania?

I have been trying to track down some network bugs.

My firewall of sorts a Cyberwalla Gold (dont recommend it) keeps blocking nextdns now and again.   I was digging through logs today and apparently thinks the DNS server I am connected to is in Romania. (Every now and again).  

I live in Norway. Is it accurate that there is one there?   Simply curious.

    ping.nextdns.io will show you the best servers and what is set as anycast and ultralow for you.

    edis-buh  and anexia-buh are from Romania.

    test.nextdns.io will show you the current server you use and more.
