Need Help Removing old NextDNS configuration profiles from Network Preference pane

I tried uninstalling NextDNS from my MacBook Pro running Big Sur. But I could NOT get the Next DNS configuration profiles from out of the Network preference pane because the minus ("-") sign was greyed out for each profile. I did change the names of the profiles to "Delete" so I'd remember which configurations needed to go. 

Please help!

    Click the lock 🔒 in the lower left corner and enter admin password first.

         NextDNS Clicking the lock does nothing. Here's my screenshot:

      NextDNS By the way, I changed the names of these items to "Delete".  No worries about that.
