Need help (Different router/os with doh support)

Hi community, I need a help to choose a router with cli support so that I can relax and control my privacy.

In internet I saw asus router which is not cheap, which is around 90$ and above. Tp-link has 54$ to 67$, which is in my budget.

One more thing asus has more flash memory than tp-link can u suggest me with that or any chart will be helpful.

But I can't decide which to take value for money. "Most important, I don't know which tp-link router has cli support, which I can't find that".

"I know asus has merlin, tp-link has openwrt.''

Can anyone suggest me some router. Or any router which can use nextdns router setup.

Long term user of Asus RT-AC68U + Merlin firmware. Yes, they're not cheap but they well supported for years and quality construction. Fine for home or small business use.
