Shoop.de affiliate/cashback program not working

Any idea why the affiliate/cashback program Shoop.de isn't useable? I have enabled "Affiliate & Tracking Links" in the settings and also white listed all blocked URLs which showed up in the log file while I tried to access the linked pages.

Disabling NextDNS in my router everytime I do some online shopping isn't a real option.
