Can I run 4 DoH/DoT profiles on a RT-AX86U ASUS Merlin?

Looking to see if I can use 3 profiles with DoT enabled as my router doesn't support DoH.

I have DoT setup  by default as my routers main DNS but the two other profiles that I use I have to go into (LAN, DNS Director) to redirect their DNS to DNS server IPs. By doing so I can not set them up for DoT.

I can setup 1 profile on my router for DoT and at max 3 other profiles that aren't DoH.

Is this the best that I can do without stepping up to a better router such as a UDM-SE or Netgate box?

I've looked at installing the NextDNS CLI Client but in the config it only allows me to specify one profile.

    Did you see the above for NextDNS CLI? Is it up to what you require in your setup?

      R P M NextDNS CLI asks for my ID during setup but the ID changed based on the profile I use. So it doesnt seem like NextDNS CLI is setup to handle people who have more than one profile configured. I have a standard profile for the nextwork, a profile for the kids and a profile for my server. CLI only accepts one ID.

      sidnen The initial setup only has one profile but after that you can set up conditional profiles, as many as you want or need. 
      To identify you can use MAC addresses or subnet prefixes. It’s all there on that page I linked for you earlier.
