Groups for rules in Allowlist and Denylist

It would be great if we could create groups/folders for the rules on the Allow List and Deny List pages. This way, we could make groups for the rules affecting the same service, website, or device.

    I have this problem where I have such aggressive settings, I need to add a lot of cdn's, etc to my allowlist. I look back at it now and have absolutely no idea why I needed to unblock them.
