What is this status about?

I thought it was whether I'm using NextDNS on the machine? I installed NextDNS, reinstarted the machine but when I did look at the nextDNS it said it's disconnected but the web page "This device is using NextDNS with this configuration." see:

    you should remove your ID from that screen as everyone can now use it.

      +1 and for anyone who is thinking of doing that, your IP is logged in their panel with everything you do in terms of DNS requests, a heads up if someone is actually thinking of doing so.

      You can create your free account 300k queries is mostly enough for a single device.
