Can't send messages on Android messages app chats

The chat function in Android messages app will not let me send messages. They are just stuck on "sending..."

It's the encrypted messaging function in the app described here that is not working (sms works fine):

Any ideas on how to whitelist to get this working?

      Anon Ymous Have you checked your logs for relevant blocked queries? Also what blocklists are you using?

      Greg B. The blocklist is just the basic NextDNS Ads & Trackers Blocklist. I put this from the logs in the allowlist: instantmessaging-pa-us.googleapis.com but still having issues. It did randomly work once today but stopped working again

      Anon Ymous I recommend removing the default blocklist & replacing it with AdGuard's DNS Filter and/or oisd
