Lack of maintenance of https://github.com/nextdns/no-safesearch/

Dear NextDNS Team,

I would like to contribute to the mentioned repository, that is referenced in https://github.com/nextdns/metadata , which in turn is mentioned as the main way to fix false positives and false negatives.

In my opinion, the fastest way to find inappropriate content for children is to use search engines without safesearch.

Is there any reason, why PRs are permanently ignored? What can we do to improve the current situation? Should we create a CONTRIBUTING.md file, that explains what you expect from a contributor? This could prevent unnecessary discussions in general and could save a lot of work on your side.

I am looking forward to your opinion on this. Thank you very much in advance.
