Logic of subscription expiration and free queries ?

My annual subscription ended on September 19, 2024. After it expired, the system indicated that I exceeded the limit of 300,000 free queries, and my access is now unfiltered. Why does the system count the requests made while I had a paid subscription as part of the 300,000 free queries ?

I believe the counter starts on the first of the month for free accounts.   Perhaps the programmers didn’t consider the case of a subscription running out mid cycle.  It’s not right but it appears to be what’s happening.   Are you going to resubscribe?

I will think about possibly returning in the future, but the lack of technical support for paid users and certain aspects of the service that seem to be unfixable for now are holding me back and driving me to seek services elsewhere.

May I ask what “certain aspects” you are having trouble with? Just curious about it.
