Teltonika Routers - HTTPS DNS Proxy package added

Teltonika have finally added a HTTPS DNS package to their routers.

For the 5G RUTX50 router, as of RUTX_R_00.07.08 | 2024.07.18

It uses the OpenWRT package here: https://docs.openwrt.melmac.net/https-dns-proxy/

So most settings work the same.
