Masking Website Visits from ISP with DNS (Without VPN)

Can I use DNS to make my ISP see different website names than the ones I'm actually visiting, without using a VPN?
For example, can I make it look like I'm visiting youtube.com when I'm actually on google.com?

Nah, even though DoT (Private DNS) & DoH (using NextDNS app or other DoH app like Intra, Nebulo, etc) hide your DNS queries, they don't hide the SNI of your connection to the website itself which is plaintext. For that, you need ECH,  which requires client support *and* the website's server support.
