Company name on invoice

We've signed up for an education-account, payed for it and added our company details as well as our vat-id. Unfortunately the company name, adress and vat number doesn't appear on the invoice. Instead of this just the email adress we used for the sign-up process shows up.

How can we receive an invoice with our details as customer?
