NextDNS block my access to my favorite site

Hi, For the past few days, NextDNS has been blocking my access to my favorite site, forumdz.com, even though it's trusted and whitelisted.

Firefox indicates "www.forumdz.com is probably a trustworthy site, but a secure connection could not be established. This problem is caused by NextDNS Root CA, which is software installed either on your computer or on your network."
