DNS traffic not being routed via Kolkata server

Hello my dns traffic is not being routed via the Kolkata server resulting in high ping. I would appreciate if the team looks into this and deploys a server in this region (if not already exists) for improving user experience.

Currently am using adguard home with tls, doh and quic protocols of my nextdns config profile configured in upstream dns.
