Windows 11 - DNS Profile per user

Hi,

I've got several NextDNS profiles setup per user. We're sharing a Windows 11 machine with several users. How can I arrange that each user uses its own NextDNS profile? What I already tried:

• The NextDNS for Windows App. Installed it with every user and configured the right ID for them. But when switching profiles it gets stuck way too often on the previous profile.
• Native Windows 11 DNS over HTTPS settings. But these seem to be machine wide. Not per user.

Any ideas? Thanks!
