Why was this done!!!!

I was told that my password was incorrect. Which is a lie. I use a password manager. Then told to reset my password. Which i did. After password reset, I log into my account. The account that I've had for 2 years. Mysteriously my original account has vanished with all my settings for all of my other devices.

I've actually paid for this service.  Im livid behind this behavior. Of course its all automated malicious tech.

Of course its my doing, is always the answer.

Being forced to reset my password after removing The Next DNS profile from on e of my devices then after re-login & having my 2yr old account completely wiped is criminal! You'll never take responsibility for this behavior which has become a common practice with these online companies with no human to address a human issue. Suffice to say I'm extremely livid.
