Tim Hortons App - Hockey Pics Missing - Canada

My NHL Picks icon disappeared in the Tim Hortons App recently.

This was working 48 hours ago - Oct 5th and stopped Oct 6th 

When I turn disable NextDNS the icon re-appears.

I have slowly been removing all my blocklists under privacy throughout the day in hopes this resolved the issue; however, it has not. 

Is the change to the blocklists immediate on endpoints such as iPhones, or is there a sync interval and or a way to trigger immediate push from the cloud to the client?

 

Any other suggestions within the config that could be causing it?

 

My next step is to create a different profile and slowly turb on features from the old profile to see when it breaks again; however, I need to know the sync interval from config changes in the cloud to reach the end points to ensure adequate testing is performed.

    There’s not really much of a sync delay, no more than a few seconds I would guess. The main delay is the TTL and DNS cache.
