NextDNS Blocking Access to Internal Corporate Dashboard — Need Fix

NextDNS is blocking access to our official internal web portal:

https://eservice.waltonbd.com/

This site is only accessible on our office network. When NextDNS is disabled, the site loads perfectly. When NextDNS is enabled, the site fails to load entirely.

Confirmed by: Our internal IT team has verified NextDNS is the cause.

What I've already tried:

Allowlisted the main domain eservice.waltonbd.com in NextDNS

Still not working.

My Questions:

Could NextDNS be blocking a dependency domain (API, CDN, or auth service) that the dashboard relies on?

How do I identify ALL domains this site calls during load — including background requests?

Is there a way to create a bypass rule for this specific domain so NextDNS is skipped entirely for it?

My NextDNS Setup:

Active blocklists: Yes

Security/Privacy filters enabled: Yes

Device/OS: Windows PC and Android Mobile

NextDNS can only resolve internet addresses, it cannot know what your local intranet is suppose to resolve to.

You could try setting up a DNS rewrite to get the domain to resolve to the intranet IP your network is using.

If you have a proxy setup you can exclude subdomains as well. Just a thought... I'm sure you can also assign another ip address to the subdomain.I would use port 1080. I bet hurricane electric has tools for testing...
