Cannot login or reset password for my Affiliate account

Hi NextDNS Team,

I am currently facing an issue accessing my NextDNS account. I am unable to log in, and when I try to use the "Forgot Password" feature, the reset process does not work (I do not receive any password reset emails).

I am currently a NextDNS affiliate partner, so regaining access to this account is quite urgent for me to continue managing my affiliate campaigns and dashboard.

For reference, the email associated with my account is afftaikhoan3@jellybeanclothing.org.

Could a staff member please look into this and assist me in recovering my account?
