NextDNS Hard down with no support?

Next DNS servers are unreachable. My dashboards have load times like the days of dialup are back. Half of the internet is down and can't resolve. This is unnacceptable.

    You can delete this. I had to uninstall because I couldn’t function at all.

      That's because the dashboard itself is hosted on the cloud. Google or AWS or another third party provider. In fact my.nextdns.io is primarily hosted and delivered using Cloudflare's I infrastructure. They provide CDN and WAF. Backend and databases are Vultr and others. DNS uses Vultr, Misaka, Anexia, etc.. Heck everything runs on either google or cloud flare backbone anyways. Might as well use them as they are faster, more secure, and more larger presence and backing power.
