No one answering the Billing support emails
I've been using NextDNS since 2022. This month, I was surprised they charged my card thrice (3x) and no one seems to be answering their Billing support email. Who else should I contact? This is so unprofessional.

Similar case here! I subscribed 2022 and 2023, but in 2024 I used Unifi’s adblock. I wanted to go back to NextDNS and paid for a new subscription.
Payment went through, but I immediately got an email that my subscription had expired!
It turns out that NextDNS just extended my previous subscription from 2023 with one year.
So, paying for one year a few days ago gave me a subscription that ended in 2024 and no answers from support@nextdns.io, billing@nextdns.io. Just sent to them again and also added sales@nextdns.io for good measures.
Not nice NextDNS!
