IRS 501(c)(3) Pricing

I've emailed sales@nextdns.io a few times with some questions (as instructed at https://nextdns.io/pricing), but have not received a response.

We're a USA 501(c)(3) wondering if you offer not-for-profit pricing. If not, I understand, but I'd like some sort of confirmation either way.
