Indian User unable to make payment using credit card due to RBI guidelines.

Hi, I'm an Indian user and I'm using NextDNS since last three years. Last year RBI ( Indian central bank) gave guidelines about usage of credit cards, so now I'm unable to make automatic payment. By this guidelines one has to make payment on merchant website every time. So it's impossible to make automatic payments and NextDNS doesn't provide any method to make payment directly.

I have no knowledge about crypto and have no account.

Paypal isn't receiving any payment for NextDNS.

What should i do to make the payment? Please guide me.

To all Indian users searching for an answer here or waiting for a response from NextDNS via email, you likely won't receive one. Instead, try using a Mastercard credit card—your payment should go through successfully.

    It's a temporary work around.

Every year I face the same issue during renewal. This time the payment was eventually successful using a MasterCard credit card, but several payment attempts were blocked before it went through.

Since this happens repeatedly, I had to look up NextDNS alternatives and may consider switching in the future if payments from India continue to be unreliable.

It would be helpful if the team could clarify whether Indian cards are fully supported and recommend the most reliable payment method.
